If You or Your Child Feels Stuck, Overwhelmed, or Not Bouncing Back, You’re Not Alone

Many people come to us feeling frustrated. They’ve tried chiropractic, physical therapy, medications, or simply pushing through, yet their body still doesn’t feel right.

Pain, tension, emotional overwhelm, sleep challenges, and difficulty regulating stress often aren’t just structural issues. They’re signs that the nervous system has been under prolonged stress and doesn’t feel safe enough to fully reset.

At The Well Healing Center, we focus on gently supporting the nervous system so your body can begin to release stored stress and restore balance — without forceful or aggressive adjustments.

Our care is neurologically based, family-centered, and designed to support adults, kids, and growing families at every stage of life.

What Getting Started Looks Like

Starting care doesn’t have to feel overwhelming.
Here’s what your first few visits will look like: clear, gentle, and supportive from start to finish.

1

Schedule Your First Visit

You’ll choose a convenient time for your first visit and complete a few intake forms beforehand. This helps us understand your health history, current concerns, and goals so we can make the most of your time together.

2

Come In for Your Consultation and Exam

During your first visit, you take time to share what has been going on and what you are hoping to change. You receive a thorough exam and an explanation of what we are looking for so you understand how your nervous system and body are functioning.

3

Review Your Findings and Begin Gentle Nervous System Care

At your follow up visit, you review your exam findings in clear, simple language. You receive personalized recommendations and may begin gentle NetworkSpinal care designed to support your nervous system and guide your next steps.

4

Continue Care and Support Your Nervous System Over Time

As you continue care, you follow a plan tailored to you or your child. Your care can adjust over time based on how your body responds, what you are noticing, and what support feels most helpful along the way.

How You Can Be Supported

You have access to several gentle care options designed to support your nervous system, reduce stress, and help your body function more easily at every stage of life.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of chiropractic care do you offer?

Gentle, nervous system focused care for adults, kids, and families, using a method called NetworkSpinal. Rather than forceful cracking or twisting, we use light, precise contacts that help your body let go of stored stress and tension. Most people come to us feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or not quite themselves, and our care helps the nervous system settle so they can feel calm, capable, and steady again.

How is this different from the chiropractic I'm used to?

It is gentler and far more precise than the forceful adjusting most people picture. Dr. Michelle Green uses NetworkSpinal, a light-touch method with no aggressive cracking or twisting. Instead of forcing a joint, she works with the exact spots where your body is holding tension, so your nervous system can let it go on its own. People who were nervous about chiropractic, or who never liked being cracked, tend to feel safe here from the first visit.

Is chiropractic care only for headaches, back and neck pain?

No, and that surprises a lot of people. Pain is one reason people come in and we get great results at helping people find relief. However, because our care is focused on the nervous system, many come for stress, tension, poor sleep, feeling overwhelmed, or just not bouncing back the way they used to. The same is true for kids who seem dysregulated or stuck. When the nervous system can settle and regulate, the whole body tends to work and feel better.

Do you see kids and pregnant moms?

Yes, caring for children and expecting moms is at the heart of our practice. We work with newborns through teens using gentle, age-appropriate pressure, often no more than the weight of a finger for the littlest ones. For pregnancy, Dr. Michelle Green is Webster certified and has completed an 80-hour perinatal certification through the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA), training that supports comfort and balance through every trimester. Whole families are welcome, and it is common to see a parent, a baby, and a grandparent all under the same roof here.

Do you accept insurance?

We keep things simple and affordable with flexible payment options designed to fit different needs and budgets. We are a cash based practice, which means your care stays focused on what actually helps you, not on what an insurance plan will approve. We are happy to provide a superbill you can submit for possible reimbursement, and many patients use their HSA or FSA. We will always walk you through everything clearly before you begin, so you feel comfortable every step of the way.

Do I need a referral to get started?

No referral or doctor's note is needed to begin care. You can book your first visit directly whenever you are ready. The simplest first step is to schedule a new patient assessment, where we will listen to what is going on and walk you through how we can help.
